Overview
If you received the wrong item please use the contact form to send us an email and we will respond to you in a timely manner to fix it.
Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for the replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Replacement of wrong items sent
We only replace items if they do not match your invoice. Before proceeding please send us an email at {recklessmetals@gmail.com}
Shipping items
To receive replacement of incorrect product, you should mail your items to: {RM LLC PO BOX 910862 AT GEORGE, UT 84791} after contacting us and receiving approval to proceed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is not our responsibility if item is lost during transit. We will refund you the cost of the return shipping but will not cover the cost of insurance if purchased.

Keep in mind that the bullion products purchased may look slightly different from the product photo. All our hand poured items are poured to order and may vary slightly. We call this pour character. No replacements will be given/exchanged because it doesn’t look exactly like the photo on the website.
Warnings:
Some of our novelty shotgun shells do have a live primer. DO NOT try and fire these out of a firearm. Serious harm or injury can come to you and/or persons around you. These pieces are meant to be displayed not fired.
