Dairyland Enamels

Here it is! Our first Community Series collab bar. We will be featuring quite a few bad ass people/pages/brands/shops during this series. Up first is @dairyland_enamels . Matt has been a huge supporter of the brand and of others here in the community.

In June 2020, Matt stumbled on Fred York’s Instagram silver page. He had never seen anything like it and ge was hooked immediately...enter rabbit hole. Following page after page he finally came across Steve Austin‘s page for the first time where he saw him selling vintage silver bars as well as enamels. A Christmas bar from 1984 enameled by David Hill caught his eye. Something stood out about this bar in particular, it was the most beautiful thing he ever laid eyes on. The colors were bright and vibrant and he had to have it! Enter the enameled bar addiction.

Not long after that he was in one of @silversteveaustin lives where he showed a bar from 1984 minted by masterpiece medallions. It was the “Fremont Coin” Las Vegas bar. He had watched the bar auction for big money. He fell in love with this particular bar and spent many hours searching for them.

Time went on and he became a member Of IASAC.

In February 2021 he was talking on the phone with Steve Austin in the wee hours of the morning and he had said to him that he would like to come up with a bar of his own. After a little brainstorming the idea of a Dairyland enamels bar was born. This bar has been in the works since then and a few months ago he reached out to me about it. The Community Series was already an idea and this conversation pushed the matter. So here you have it. The series is alive!!!!
